    1. System Introduction 

     1. This system is the off-line spiral ultrasonic testing system.

    2.  Testing step

    2.1: Work piece will be neatly put onto the platform.

    2.2:Work pieces will be put onto the orbit by the mechanical hand ,and then the workpiece will spiral move to the testing area, begin to test.

    2.3: when find defects, the instrument will automatic alarm, at the same time it will display the flaw signal.

    2.4 :record and analyse the test results , automatic sort the qualified and unqualified, and then finish the detection 

    2.Testing object: seamless pipe , steel bar

    3.Testing material : Carbon steel ,stainless steel,copper,aluminium,titanium and different kinds of non-ferrous and ferrous metals

    4. Testing speed : 0-4m/min

    5. Testing model : Workpiece spiral forward, testing  probe immobilization
